The Opportunity:

Our client, a restoration company is currently hiring a Project Manager to join their team in Windsor, Ontario. This role reports to the General Manager and will oversee emergency and rebuild work, improve company KPIs and work with various stakeholders to calculate costs for residential/commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Meeting and surpassing Insurance requirements and performance indicators.
• Evaluating restoration sites, collaborating with vendors, and generating estimates.
• Developing cost assessments, tackling obstacles, and monitoring industry trends.
• Expanding business portfolio, partnering with leads and insurance agents.
• Assessing project profitability, overseeing customer satisfaction, and managing subcontractors.
• Guaranteeing compliance with safety protocols, documenting projects, and managing expenditures.
• Adhering to IICRC guidelines, enhancing customer procedures, and boosting efficiencies.
• Engaging in hands-on work with team, upholding tools, and overseeing inspection equipment.
• Prioritizing health and safety, adhering to regulations, and completing necessary project forms.
• Communicating and enforcing KPI requirements for urgent projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in a restoration/property management environment
• A strong team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Insurance knowledge in a restoration/property management environment
• Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility for After Hours Emergency calls

Complimentary Experience:

• IICRC certification
• Terrion/Home Construction License
